The Hard Track collections have always been synonymous with extreme adventure in all weather conditions, tackled without compromise on asphalt or on physically demanding trails, even those suitable for enduro motorcycles.
The SPIDI Hard Track 3 jacket is engineered to further optimize the modularity and performance benchmarks established by its predecessors: the Cordura® 500 shell features 4-way stretch laminated nylon inserts along the arms and under the sleeves, combining great elasticity and abrasion resistance; offering a high level of comfort for a garment certified to AA class, equipped with removable Warrior Lite Level 2 protectors on the shoulders and elbows. In high-temperature conditions, ventilation efficiency can be controlled through the adjustable 3D mesh panels and innovative Neck-to-Elbow openings, which can be opened or closed to regulate airflow, and operated with a single hand.
The removable H2OUT® InsideOut liner is made from a 3-layer micro-ripstop laminated fabric (10K/10K), and can be used either internally or over the outer shell, depending on the rain intensity, always ensuring a perfect fit thanks to the zoom-fit system at the bottom of the jacket. Similarly, the 100g/m² thermal liner can be used either attached to the other layers or independently, as a standalone garment. STEP-INWEAR technology enables seamless integration with all compatible layers, while Velcro® inserts facilitate the attachment of optional Warrior series protectors on both the back and chest.

All the projects to create new SPIDI articles are designed and planned in Sarego (VI) in Italy. The project, the result of a partnership with Toray, a Japanese manufacturer, started from a very precise - as well as ambitious - objective: to create a specific
waterproof windproof breathable membrane, that is to say with such a microporosity as to guarantee maximum comfort, taking into account the specific use for the motorcyclists. COMFORT
STEP-INWEAR
Modularity, this term has written the history of architecture and design in the whole world. SPIDI, always very interested to seize the most important technological innovations and to translate them into the motorcycle world, developed the STEP-IN WEAR Technology. The project took full form in 1998 with the presentation of the very first ERGO jacket. The STEP-INWEAR system is based on a similar research made in the military aeronautical apparel. At the base of the system there's a "shell” conceived to accommodate the different internal linings; four combinations can be set to respond to a variety of temperatures. By continuous research and experience, gained from Safety Lab, comes a new technology signed by SPIDI, synthesis of history and innovation, two founding values of the Brand. The main goal of the Safety Lab has always been focused on nding the best combination of comfort and safety. After a long time of experimentation on track, through software simulations and tests in the urban environment, engineers of the SPIDI Community created the Warrior Tech, a new technology, with a careful study of bio-mechanics and ergonomics, able to protect the rider in the most sensitive areas in the event of a fall. READ MORE The never ending research in technical innovations becomes more and more accurate, reaching its peak with the performance of Warrior Tech; a technology able to respond at extreme stress. Thanks to its modular design, it adapts perfectly to the natural shapes of the human body. The most innovative value, focused in the design of its structure that enhance the possibilities offered by polymers and the nonperforming process, allows the industrial production of a protector with impact absorption capacity never reached before.
