You can return your SPIDI purchases for any reason within 30 days. You can easily return items by following these steps:

 

  1. Make sure that the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue the refund.

  2. It's mandatory to fill in the product return request by clicking HERE on the RMA page https://www.spidi.com/us_en/rma/guest/login/ where you can indicate the reason and resolution of the return after entering your order number (without #).

  3. Wait for the authorization of the Spidi Customer Service and the Return Label by email.

  4. Pack the item(s) into the box including the return form and apply the pre-paid label provided on top of the existing delivery information.

  5. Using our labels will guarantee a refund even in case of theft or loss during the shipment back to our warehouse in USA. Please, keep in mind that if you do not use our return label, Spidi Sport will not be responsible for any tampering or loss during transport.

  7. Once we receive your return, it usually takes us 2-3 business days to process it and issue a refund.

Did you order the wrong size or colour?
Unfortunately, at the moment, it is not possible to make any direct exchanges for online orders. In case you would like to order a different size or colour, please return the original order using this return authorisation and place a new one directly on the website.
