Denim Jeans
The comfort of cotton meets the latest technologies developed and tested in SPIDI Safety Lab.
SPIDI invented protective motorcycle jeans in 1992 and still offers a range of motorcycle trousers capable of satisfying the needs of all riders.
The denim fabric used by SPIDI is always a blend of different fibers: to increase the level of abrasion resistance the natural fiber is combined with Cordura®, Dyneema® or Elastan®; each one can also be coupled with aramid-based fabric panels (Keramide).
The blend of cotton and Dyneema® (which allows J&Dyneema Evo model to reach the AAA certification class) is the best performing single layer jeans in terms of safety, thanks to the high cut and abrasion resistance of fabric, at the same time soft and fresh.
Even the Keramide panels, featured in the J&K series models, guarantee high levels of protection in the event of a fall (they also reach class AAA); the additional layer needed for this type of construction makes these jeans more suitable for use in medium to low temperatures.
The motorcycle jeans from the SPIDI J-Tracker collection are instead made with a blend of Cordura® and cotton, which allows for a maximum class of AA certification; this material has extraordinary qualities of durability, breathability and robustness.
All SPIDI jeans are equipped with CE protectors on the knees, removable and adjustable in height: in this way the protector always remains in the correct position, whatever the size of the rider. The removable protectors on the hips can instead be standard or optional depending on the model of trousers.
